Shipping & Returns

Every piece we make is thrown by hand and fired with care. We want it to reach you in the same spirit. Please read our delivery and returns information before placing your order.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, the UK's national postal service, ensuring reliable and tracked delivery to your door.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Because our pieces vary considerably in size and weight — from small jugs to large statement pieces — we don't offer a flat shipping rate. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment.

Delivery time scales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods delays may occur. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

All pottery is carefully packaged with protective materials before dispatch. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare your order before it is collected by Royal Mail.

Returns

As each piece is individually handcrafted, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Slight variations in glaze colour, surface texture, and form are an inherent and celebrated part of handmade ceramics

There are limited exceptions where we will work with you to find a resolution:

Arrived damaged:

If your order arrives broken or significantly damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Lost in post:

If Royal Mail confirms your parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

To report any of the above, email us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date. Refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
